Everybody is different. That’s why an exercise programme that works for one person may not work as well for someone else. The answer is to tailor workouts to the individual, and this is where personal trainers come in. Identifying your strengths and weaknesses, they provide you with your very own fitness regime, resulting in maximum gains.
The first time you meet with one of our personal trainers, we'll give you a general health check up. We'll measure your blood pressure, body fat percentage, body mass index, girth, flexibility and heart rate. We'll then provide you with a training programme. We'll schedule follow-up consultations for every 6-8 weeks, and adapt your programme as necessary to ensure continued progress.
